D.M.I. built its first warehouse in Winchester, Indiana, for lease to a local glass manufacturer in 1991. The warehouse is 120,000 square feet with additional 3000 feet for Corporate offices. The warehouse is constructed of cement block and steel. There are 16 docks and a 12' drive-in overhead door. The ceiling height is 27' at the eave and 36' in the center. The warehouse is protected by wet sprinkler systems and monitored fire and intrusion alarms. The warehouse is maintained to food quality standards. The offices include 7 private offices, a central office, employee break room, and 3 handicap accessible restrooms. Although this warehouse is not currently available for lease its construction is typical of warehouses erected by D.M.I.

D.M.I. Central Maintenance facility is also located at Winchester. The mechanics specialize in repairs to L.P. gas lift trucks and diesel engines, and perform most of the maintenance and repairs to our trucks and trailers.

The Hamilton Avenue warehouse was constructed in 1997 as a 54,000 square foot spec building. D.M.I. purchased the building in 1998 and added an additional 54,000 feet for a total of 108,000 feet. There are 8 docks and one 16 foot overhead drive-in door. The air-conditioned offices include five private offices, a general office, employee break room, conference room, and 4 handicap accessible restrooms. The warehouse is protected by high pressure wet sprinkler systems and monitored fire and intrusion alarms. The warehouse is maintained to food quality standards. The warehouse is available for lease, in whole or part.
Hamilton Avenue is one mile north of Indiana state route 67 and 10 miles east of Interstate 69. It is located midway between Indianapolis and Fort Wayne, Indiana. D.M.I. Transportation, Inc. has its offices and dispatch desk at this warehouse.
