Office area is 4,000 square feet and surrounded with glass. The large conference room is rented out for functions and meetings. The building is located on ten acres in the Georgia North Industrial Park in Adairsville, Georgia. The building and contents are protected with monitored fire and intrusion alarms and a high pressure wet sprinkler system. The bays are 50 x 50 feet. Eight truck docks with dock shelters are located on the North side of the building with easy access to Highway 140.

The Princeton Boulevard warehouse is 292,200 square feet with 25 truck docks, 15 in the front section and 10 in the back section. The office area contains 4,000 square feet with conference room. The building is constructed of cement block and steel with 27 foot eaves and 36 foot center. Bays are 30 X 50 feet. The warehouse is protected by both fire and intrusion alarm systems. The Fire sprinkler system is a wet system using high pressure sprinkler heads.

The building has 39 foot eaves and 45 feet high at the center to accommodate 4 high pallet storage. Its sprinkler system is fed by a 115,000 gal water storage tank and high pressure sprinklers. Fire and building security systems are monitored. The warehouse is located 1/4 mile east of I-75 at Cartersville, Georgia.
